MIKODES Store sells digital products including Flutter source codes, live applications (with transfer), and custom development work. Source codes are delivered electronically after Stripe confirms payment. Live application transfers include a guided handover process. Custom work deliverables are governed by the agreed project scope.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Your card is charged only after a successful checkout session is confirmed via Stripe webhook. MIKODES Store does not store payment card data.
Source code purchases include a single-project commercial license unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may use the code to build and ship one product. Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing of the source code itself is not permitted.
Due to the digital nature of source code products, refunds are not offered once delivery has occurred. If you experience a technical delivery issue, contact support within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
Live application purchases include a structured handover. The transfer timeline is typically 3–7 business days depending on complexity. You are responsible for providing accurate hosting, domain, and access information during checkout.
Custom work payments are made against a pre-agreed scope. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
MIKODES retains copyright on all source code products. Purchasing grants you a license to use, modify, and deploy the code — not ownership of the IP. The MIKODES brand, name, and design system may not be used in your products.
MIKODES Store provides products as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from use of our products. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant product.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
