When you make a purchase, we collect the information you provide during checkout: full name, email address, and optionally company name, phone number, country, domain name, and hosting information. This data is necessary to fulfil your order and provide post-purchase support.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store card numbers, CVVs, or bank details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We only receive a confirmation token and metadata from Stripe after a successful payment.
Your data is used solely to process and deliver your order, send order confirmation emails, provide support, and manage the guided handover for live application purchases. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
After purchase, you will receive a transactional confirmation email. We may follow up with support communications related to your order. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails unless you explicitly subscribe through a newsletter form.
Order records including your personal information are stored securely. We retain order data for as long as necessary to fulfil legal, tax, and support obligations — typically up to 5 years. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
The store may use anonymised analytics to understand usage patterns (e.g. pages visited, devices used). No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@mikodes.com with your order ID. We will respond within 14 days.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Nodemailer-compatible email for transactional messages, and Firebase or PostgreSQL for data storage. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and are industry-standard providers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of the page. Continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
